“So it is,” declared Dagger, who was trying her best to suppress giggles. “It looks like your Trance form, I think.”

“Dagger! My hair is pink. Doesn’t this mean anything to you?”

“I think it will wash out eventually, right?” asked Dagger.

Zidane pouted and slumped next to her on the grassy field. “I gotta come up with some kind of revenge. Although the pink hair dye is good. I bet Rikku came up with that one. Tidus is too much of a dork to come up with something that brilliant.”

“Would this be a good time to mention that your tail is dyed pink also?” said Dagger.

“It is?” asked Zidane, who then carefully drew his tail in closer to his line of vision. “It is. Damn those two.”

Billy Joel's always had this "I'm trying to sound really tough only not really" sort of bent to his music. If I didn't exercise restraint "Only the Good Die Young" and "Why Should I Worry" would have been on there.

The "Tidane" thread might just be my favorite thread I've had so far playing Zidane. Our Tidus is wonderful.
